Ibrahim KABONGO
Professional Truck Driver | Co-Founder & CEO | Tax & Immigration Consultant
Born in Bukavu, eastern Congo, Ibrahim Kabongo grew up in a region affected by war and later immigrated to Bujumbura, Burundi. A professional truck driver trained by his father, Ibrahim has built a career across Africa and the United States, gaining experience with top transportation companies and running his own trucking business.
In 2024, Ibrahim co-founded Venus Entreprises LLC with his wife, Mauwa Issa, and childhood friend, Nassif Abdoul, providing tax, immigration, driving, and media services to African and immigrant communities in Denver and Aurora, Colorado.
A dedicated community leader, Ibrahim volunteers with Umoja of Africa and the Colorado Muslim Swahili Society, founded Youth Colorado Muslim, and manages the African Union FC, a youth soccer team for African immigrants. He is married with two children and enjoys playing soccer while mentoring the next generation of leaders.
Abdoul NASSIF
Co-Founder
Abdoul Nassif was born in the Democratic Republic of the Congo and grew up in Bujumbura, Burundi. He completed his secondary education at Centre Scolaire Congolais de Bujumbura, where he graduated with a concentration in Literature and Arts.
In 2014, Abdoul pursued higher education at the International University of East Africa in Kampala, Uganda. He graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT). During his final year, he and his university colleagues developed a Biometric Attendance System (BLAS), an innovative project that demonstrated his strong technical and collaborative skills.
In 2019, Abdoul was awarded a scholarship to continue his postgraduate studies in China. However, due to the global COVID-19 pandemic, he was unable to travel and had to postpone his studies. Despite this setback, he remained resilient and focused on his professional growth.
In 2021, Abdoul secured his first permanent job contract and soon became one of the youngest individuals to hold the position of Administrative Director of Human Resources in his town — a testament to his leadership, dedication, and professionalism.
While spending much of his free time exploring technology and learning online, Abdoul continued to seek new opportunities for personal and professional development. His determination and perseverance led him to obtain a visa to the United States, marking a new chapter in his journey toward greater achievements and global experiences.
Mauwa ISSA
Co-Founder
Born in the Democratic Republic of Congo and raised as a refugee in Bujumbura, Burundi, Mauwa Issa is the visionary co-founder who gave Venus Entreprises its name and spirit.
Her journey reflects resilience, perseverance, and purpose. Growing up in a refugee community shaped her determination to overcome challenges and build a meaningful future. After completing her early education in Bujumbura—where she and her future husband and business partner attended the same high school—Mauwa pursued higher studies and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.
Guided by ambition and a strong sense of family, she later joined her husband in the United States, where together they established Venus Entreprises, now a growing name in media, business, and professional services.
A certified professional tax preparer, Mauwa combines financial expertise with creative vision to support the company’s development and ensure excellence across all Venus projects. Her leadership continues to inspire the team, balancing professionalism, integrity, and innovation.
